2 Cups of Boiled Rice (Room temperature) 1/2 Cup chopped onions 1/2 Cup Chopped spring onion's whites 1/2 Cup Chopped spring onion's greens 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot 1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum 1/2 Cup Chopped French beans 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic 1 Inch Ginger Julienne 1/2 Cup Homemade Schezwan sauce 1 Tbsp Red chilli Paste 1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp Vinegar 1 Whole red chilli, 1/4 Cup Oil, salt to taste. 1/4 Cup Oil, salt to taste. Salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan. Add whole red chilli, garlic and ginger juliennes. Cook for a minute on high flame. Add onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots, french beans, capsicum and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled rice, homemade schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and mix gently. Add vinegar, mix and switch off the flame. Add spring onion's greens and serve hot.
