1+1/2 Cup Non dairy whipping cream 16-18 Rusk / Toast 1/4 Cup Instant coffee powder 1/4 Cup Powdered sugar For instant chocolate sauce- 1/4 Cup powdered sugar 1tbsp milk powder 1tbsp corn flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1tsp vanilla essence
Add milk powder, cocoa powder, corn flour, powdered sugar. Mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix properly. Switch on the flame and cook till it becomes thick. Add vanilla essence and switch off the flame. Allow to cool completely. Add nondairy whipping cream and whip it till soft peaks. Add coffee powder and powdered sugar and 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Spread some whipped cream in a flat bottomed serving glass bowl. Soak rusk / toast in coffee-sugar solution. Place toast in the glass bowl. Spread more whipped cream on soaked toast. Repeat the same process for once again. Smoothen out the top layer. Clean the sides by tissue paper. Fill the piping bag with chocolate sauce. Make straight line with the chocolate sauce. Make pattern with a toothpick as shown in the video. Cover it keep in fridge for 2 hours. Cut in squares and serve.
