Spring Roll Sheets/ Wonton Wrappers
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Corn flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice/vinegar
1 Tsp Oil
For Samosa Patti-
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 Whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup Corn flour
1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice/ vinegar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Oil
For Batter method-
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Corn flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Oil, Extra flour for dusting and oil
Method-1

Add maida, cornflour, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and prepare a soft dough using water.

Add oil and knead it again. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Uncover it and prepare small lemon size balls from the dough and dust with dry flour.

Roll them in small discs. We need three disc at a time.

Apply oil and sprinkle dry flour over it.

Assemble them on each other as shown in the video.

Dust some dry flour on platform and roll them in a thin disc.

Roast on a hot tawa for 20 seconds from both sides.

It is done.

Immediately cut edges with a sharp knife for making a square shape. If you want the round shape then skip this step.

Peel them and separate all the layers.

Keep them in a kitchen towel and store in a zip lock bag in fridge for 3-4 days.

Method ? 2

Add maida, corn flour, salt, oil and make a thin batter using water.

Cover and keep aside for 5-6 minutes.

Grease the tawa with oil and wipe with a tissue paper.

Pour the batter on tawa and spread it by rotating the tawa. The tawa should not be too hot.

Flip it and roast it from another side also for 20 seconds.

Cut in a square shape and you can use it same time or store in a zip lock bag.

Method-3

Add maida, whole wheat flour, corn flour, salt, lemon juice, oil and make a soft dough using water.

Add oil and knead it. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make lemon size balls from the dough.

Dust with dry four and roll in small disc. We need three discs at a time.

Dust with dry flour and roll in a thin disc.

Roast on hot tawa for 20-30 seconds from the both sides.

Immediately cut them in square shape.

Peel and separate the layers.

You can see how thin they are!!

For samosa patti and wonton wrappers cut them in two long strips or your desired size and shape.

My next video will be of how to use them.

Tip -

The sides of sheets which were left, I roasted the pieces on pan and used them in making left over chapati pulav whose video is already uploaded on my channel.
