Cheese balls are crispy, cheesy and delicious. They melt in mouth and can be prepared for kitty parties or tea parties. They can be made and stored for week and made with the use of very few ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen

100 Gram grated processed cheese
3 medium size boiled grated potato
Fresh bread crumbs of 4 slices
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1. Mix potato, cheese, fresh bread crumbs, salt, black pepper and oregano.

2. Mix with hand and make a dough consistency.

3. Make small balls from the dough.

4. Roll the balls in dry bread crumbs.

5. Deep fry them in hot oil on high flame. Do not fry more than 5-6 balls at a time.

6. You can preserve remaining balls in air tight container for a week in deep freezer.

7. Enjoy the hot crispy cheesy balls
