Noodles are the most favorite food for kids and youngsters. Here I am giving a video of healthy, tasty and beetroot, spinach aatta, suji noodles which you can prepare at home in an easy way. 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour (aatta) 1/4 Cup Fine semolina (rava / suji) 1/2tsp salt 1/2 Cup Spinach puree Apf Beetroot noodles :- 1/2 Cup flour 1/4Cup Semolina (suji, rava) 1/2tsp salt 1/2 Cup Beetroot puree White Noodles- 1 Cup All purpose flour (maida) 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 Cup extra flour for dusting For tempering - 1/2 Cup chopped onion, 1/2 Cup chopped capsicum, 1/2 Cup chopped carrot, 1/2 Cup chopped french beans 2Tbsp Oil, 4tbsp homemade maggi masala

For spinach aata noodles add aatta, rava, salt and make a tight dough using spinach puree. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes. For the beetroot noodles add flour, semolina, salt and make a tight dough using beetroot puree. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes. For white noodles add APF (maida) and salt and make a dough using water. Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes. All the three doughs are ready. After 30 minutes make balls from the beetroot dough and roll them in thin disc on dusted platform. Dust the rolled disc with flour, fold it and cut with a knife in thin strips. Now open the strips gently. Beetroot noodles are ready. Add salt and oil in boiling water. Add noodles and boil them for 5-7 minutes on high flame. Switch off the flame and drain out the excess water and wash with cold water. Apply some oil on noodles. Keep aside. Make balls from the green dough and white dough. Dust platform and roll the green dough. Dust with dry flour. Fold and cut in thin strips with a knife. Open the strips. Spinach noodles are ready. Boil them in salted and oily water for 5-7 minutes. Switch off the flame and drain out the excess water. Wash in cold water and apply oil. Keep aside. For white noodles roll the white dough in oval disc, fold and cut with a knife. Open the strips. White noodles are ready. Boil in salted and oily water for 5-7 minutes. Drain out the excess water and wash with cold water and apply oil on noodles. Keep aside. Tri colour noodles are ready now. Heat oil in a pan. Add all chopped vegetables, salt and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add homemade Maggi masala and cook for a minute. Add homemade boiled noodles and stir. Homemade noodles are ready to eat.
