250 Gram Poha (Flatten Rice) 100 Gram Curd 1/2 Cup Rava (Semolina) 1 Tbsp Ginger-Chilli Paste Salt to taste Green Chilli Chopped Fresh Coriander 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds 2 Tbsp Oil Few Curry Leaves 1 Tsp Fruit Salt
Beat curd. Add flatten rice (poha) and semolina (rava) in curd and one glass of water. Mix well. Uncover it and mash it properly. Add water if needed. Add garlic-chilli paste and salt. Add fruit salt and mix well. Pour the batter in a greased mould. Spread evenly. Steam for 20-25 minutes on high flame. Uncover and check it with a toothpick. Switch off the flame and allow to cool. Heat oil in a small pan. Crackle mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and green chillies. Make square cuts with a sharp knife. Spread fresh coriander and pour prepared tempering over it.
