1 Boiled Potato
1/4 Cup Sabudana (Sago) (Soaked for 2-3 hours)
3/4 Cup Water chestnut flour (Singhade ka aatta)
1 chopped green chilli
1/4 Cup finely chopped fresh coriander
1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 Tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
1/2 tsp Cumin seed powder
Grate potato.

Add soaked sabudana, coriander, flour, salt, black pepper powder, green chilli and turmeric powder.

Mix and mash with hands so that sabudana granules are mashed properly.

Mash well to make a dough. If needed use water.

Grease the dough with ghee.

Cover it and keep in fridge for 30 minutes. This will absorb less oil while frying.

Uncover it and make a small ball from the dough.

Grease a plastic sheet and roll it in a small disc.

It should be neither too thick nor too thin.

Fry in hot oil on low medium flame till it becomes crispy.

Enjoy fasting days with spicy and crispy masala subudana aalu puri
