1/2 Liter Whole Milk 1/3 Cup Condensed Milk 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder 1 Tbsp Pistachio Flakes Few Strands of Saffron 8-10 Rusk (Toast) How to Make Add milk in a heavy bottom pan and let it boil. Add saffron strands and boil on low medium flame till it reduce to 3/4th quantity. It takes about 12-15 minutes. Add condensed milk and mix well. Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder. Place rusk/toast on a serving dish, Pour reduced flavored milk over it and sprinkle pistachio flakes. Rich, Yummy & Instant Shahi Tukda is ready to eat!!
