For Dough- 200 Gram Maida (All Purpose Flour) 80 Ml Oil (1/3 Cup), 1 Tsp Salt A Pinch Baking Soda For Stuffing - 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cottage Cheese (Paneer) 1/2 Cup Grated Mozzarella 1/2 Cup Finely Frozen Peas 1 Tsp Salt. 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp Italian Herb, 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook till onion becomes translucent. Add carrot, capsicum, peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese (paneer), salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and mix well. Add tomato ketchup and pizza sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool. Meanwhile add maida, salt, soda, oil and mix with hands. Mix the flour till it gets crumbly. Knead the tight dough with chilled water. Cover it and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Knead it again. Add grated cheese in stuffing. Divide the dough into two parts and roll in a disc. Cut into 2x4 inch rectangles. Place a spoonful filling on one strip and brush the edges with water. Take another strip, cover and tightly seal with a fork. Prepare all like shown in the video. Fry in hot oil till golden brown on low medium flame. Crispy & tasty homemade pizza puff is ready
