1/2 Kg Roughly chopped Red Tomato 1/2 Chopped Beetroot 1 Inch Ginger 1 Green Chilli 1 Medium Size Carrot 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Chopped Onion (Optional) 1/2 Cup Chopped Pumpkin 1 Tsp Sugar Black pepper & Salt to taste
Add tomato, pumpkin, onion, green chili, ginger, beetroot, garlic and carrot in a pressure cooker. Add one glass water and salt. Cover and take 2-3 whistles. Allow to cool and open the lid. Blend it with a hand blender for a smooth puree. Sieve it with a siever. Add black pepper and sugar. Mix well. Take bread slices and cut heart shape or any desired shape with a cutter. Roast on a hot tava from the both sides. Serve hot. Hot and Fresh homemade Tomato Soup is ready
