These hara bhara kebabs are made with all healthy green vegetables. Make these amazingly healthy recipe for yourself and eat guilt free without compromising with the taste.

Ingredients –
1 Bunch of spinach
1 Cup fresh green peas
2 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 Cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 Cup finely chopped French beans
1 tbsp green chili ginger paste
1/4 Cup fresh coriander
1/4 Cup Fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp aamchur powder
1/2 Cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp Corn flour
Cashews
Boil water in a pan, add 1/2 tsp sugar and salt. Add spinach and green peas and boil for 5 minutes.

Take them out and transfer in ice cold water. Now strain the water and squeeze nicely.

Transfer in a mixer jar and make a course thick paste.

Now take out this green paste in a vessel.

Add 1 tsp oil in wok, add capsicum and French beans, ginger chilii paste and cook on low flame till vegetables get soften. Let it cool and add in green paste.

Now add all other ingredients and make round shape flat tiikis from the green mixture.

Press a half piece of cashew on each kabab. Shallow fry on medium flame and enjoy with green kabab chutney.
