3/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Cashews 1/2 Cup Almonds 1 tbsp Corn syrup 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 1 tbsp Pistachio flakes
Divide almonds and cashews in two parts. Add sugar in a flat-bottomed pan, let it melt on low flame. Mix and melt properly. Add corn syrup and mix, add almonds and cashews, cardamom powder, give a good mix. Transfer on a parchment paper, roll with a greased rolling pin, sprinkle pistachio flakes. Roll again, mark square cuts with a knife. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, again make deep cuts on chiki and separate. Dryfruit chikki is ready, store in an airtight container.
