This poha cutlet is perfect for breakfast, teatime snacks and can enjoy in kitty parties too.

1 cup Poha
2 boiled and grated potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup Fresh coriander
1 green chili
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Aamchur powder
1 tsp Salt
Dry bread crumbs
For slurry –
1 tbsp maida
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
Add poha in a sieve, wash with water and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Transfer soaked poha in a mixing bowl, add potatoes, onions, capsicum, fresh coriander, green chilis

and all spices, Mix nicely. Make oval shape cutlets.

For slurry, add 1 tbsp cornflour and 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl, add water and mix. Make a thin slurry. Dip prepared poha cutlets in slurry and coat with dry bread crumbs, deep fry in oil on medium to high flame.

Enjoy crispy, quick and tasty cutlets with green coriander chutney and ketchup.
