This snack is very popular on dehli streets, today we will make at home. This is very easy and quick recipe.

1 kg Fresh curd
Fresh bread slices
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 Cup finely chopped French beans
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp fresh cream
Transfer curd in a muslin cloth, tied tightly and hang for 8-10 hours.

Now transfer in a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients our stuffing is ready.

Take a bread, remove sides and place on a plastic sheet. Wet with water. Place a tbsp curd stuffing and roll tight. Please see the video for process. Now deep fry in hot oil and enjoy dehli famous dahi ke shaoley.
