1+1/2 Cups of fresh corn kernels
1/2 cup gram flour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
fresh coriander
1 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp salt
1 chopped green chilli
I have removed kernels from cob with the help of knife and wash them properly.

Add 3/4 of kernels in a mixer jar and prepare a coarse paste.

Transfer into a bowl.

Add left over whole kernels in coarse paste.

Add gram flour, chopped onion, green chilli, fresh coriander, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix.

Fry in hot oil. Flame should be on high when we drop the fritters in hot oil, later reduce the flame and fry till brown in colour on low flame.

Now flip and fry on high flame till they become golden brown. It makes pakoras crispy from outside and moist from inside.

Take them out and crispy pakoras are ready in minutes.

Fry all pakoras, if you follow the tips of frying you will get crispy pakoras with less oil consumption.

Enjoy these crispy corn pakodas in rainy season.
