This eggplant cheese roll snack will be show stopper of your party, do try it and enjoy cheese rolls.

Ingredients –
2 Big Brinjals
100gram Grated paneer
100gram grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup Indian basic curry gravy
Slice brinjal in lengthwise, dip in salted water for 10 minutes.

Take them out and place on a kitchen napkin. Let them dry for 5 minutes,

Now place a flat-bottomed pan on low flame, add 1 tbsp oil and place brinjal slices. Let them cook till they become soft and foldable. Remove from the pan.

For stuffing mix paneer, cheese, red chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, salt in a bowl.

Place one tbsp stuffing on one side of brinjal slice and roll them tightly. Prepare all the rolls in the same way.

Now take a baking tray and spread 1/2 cup of prepared basic curry gravy on the bottom of the tray. Place all brinjal cheese rolls, pour leftover gravy on the rolls, sprinkle leftover cheese stuffing over the rolls, garnish with red chili flakes and oregano.

Bake in a preheat oven for 10 minutes on 180 defree.

Can bake in a kadai for 10 minutes on low flame.

Now our tasty eggplant cheese rolls are ready to serve.
