Amritsari aloo is very easy and tatsy sabji recipe.

200 gram baby potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
1 onion cubes (big pieces)
1 bowl capsicum cubes
1 tsp red chili powder
1tbsp kasoori methi
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Chopped green chilis
Fresh coriander
1/4 cup curd
1 finely chopped tomato
Garam masala
1/4 cup Oil
Wash baby potatoes, add in pressure cooker, add water and salt. Take 2 whistles. Allow to cool. Peel potatoes.

Heat oil and add potatoes, fry them on low flame till they become brown in colour.

Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and kasoori methi in same wok. Cook for few seconds.

Add chopped onions, green chilis and cook. Add red chilis powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for few seconds, add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, salt and cook for 2 minutes, add1/4 cup water and cook. Add curd and mix nicely. Cook for 2 minutes, add onion cubes and capsicum cubes, cook for a minute. Add garam masala and fresh coriander. Mix and serve hot.
