1 radish with leaves Green chilis Grated ginger 1/4 cup rice flour 1 cup Besan 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp ajwayan 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Baking soda
Wash and finely chop radish green leaves, peel and grate radish. Transfer grated radish, chopped greens, chopped green chilis, grated ginger, and all spices. Add rice flour, gram flour and prepare a mixture. Drop small pakodas in hot oil and fry on medium flame, till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with chutney and ketchup.
