For batter 1 cup besan 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp ajwain 1 pinch of baking soda For stuffing 4 boiled and mashed potato 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp aamchur powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black salt For tempering- 1 tsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1tsp saunf
For batter mix all ingredients and prepare a thick batter using water. For stuffing, mix all ingredients in a bowl, for tadka heat 1 tsp oil and crackle cumin seeds, saunf and mix in stuffing. Mix nicely. Wash green chilis and make slit. Stuff the potato mixture and stuff in green chilis, dip in besan batter, coat nicely and fry in hot oil, flip and fry from all sides, enjoy homemade Jodhpur famous mirchi vada.
