1/2 Cup Soaked yellow moong dal 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp ajwaian 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds Hing 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Kasoori methi
Drain out water from soaked dal, transfer in a mixer jar and make a course paste, if needed add water. Take out dal paste in a bowl, add red chili powder, ajwaian, hing, crushed coriander seeds, salt and kasoori methi, Mix and beat for 2-3 minutes. Wrap a cotton cloth on a bowl, sprinkle water on cloth and place a spoonful dal paste on cloth, spread with finger and make a thick small poori. Flip the bowl and take poori in hand and fry in hot oil, prepare all the vadas in the same way. They will puff in oil like small pooris. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney and garlic chutney.
