This cake is perfect for healthy foodies, and we can make it with simple ingredients without ovan.

2 Overripe bananas
1/2 cup Jaggery powder
100 ml milk
1/4 Cup oil
1 Cup Multigrain flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Vinegar
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Flax seeds
Peel overripe bananas and add in a mixer jar, add jaggery and milk and make a smooth paste.

Transfer in a mixing bowl. Add oil and mix. Place a sieve and add multigrain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Sive and mix batter with cut and fold method.

Add vanilla essence and vinegar, mix gently.

Pour in a greased cake mould, garnish with pumpkin sunflower and flaxseeds.

Tap and place in a preheated kadai and bake for 40 minutes on low flame.

Check with a toothpick, take out form kadai and allow to cool.

Demould and cut in slices and enjoy healthy sugarfree cake.
