500gram Fresh coriander 10-12 green chilis 2inch ginger (chopped) 1/4 Cup roasted dala (chana) 1 tsp cumin seeds 5 ice cubes 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black salt 2 tbsp lemon juice
Clean and wash fresh coriander, add in a mixer jar, add green chilis, ginger, cumin seeds, salt, black salt, lemon juice, ice cubes and make a fine paste. Fill chutney in ice cubes and silicon chocolate moulds and keep in freezer for 4-5 minutes. Demould the chutney cubes and store in a container and keep in freezer. When you want to eat chutney, take out them and keep on room temperature and enjoy.
