1/2 cup Sooji
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Fresh coriander
1 boiled and grated potato
1/2 Cup Wheat flour
1 tsp ghee
Add 1 cup water, add chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder, fresh coriander, ghee and allow to boil.

Add sooji and cook till mixture becomes thick, transfer in a plate, let it cool. Add boiled and grated potato and wheat flour. Make a dough, add oil and make it smooth.

Prepare small balls from the dough and roll them in small disc, fry in hot oil on medium flame,

Enjoy with aloo sabji, chutney. Can give to kids for lunchbox and enjoy as a breakfast.
