1 Cup raw maize flakes 1/2 cup raw peanuts For masala – 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black salt 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp Powder sugar
Fry peanuts in oil on medium flame and take them out in a big vessel. Fry maize flakes in batches in hot oil and collect in the same vessel now sprinkle all masalas over the fried items and mix nicely. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for a month.
