Ingredients – 1 cup besan 1 cup peanuts 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt For masala – 1 tsp red chili powder Chaat masala Salt to taste Method – Mix red chili powder, haldi and salt in besan. Add peanuts and sprinkle water and mix with hands. Sprinkle water till besan coats on peanuts nicely. Now fry besan coated peanuts in oil, take them out. Mix red chili powder, salt and chaat masala and sprinkle over the fried peanuts. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
