250gram raw mango 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp methi dana 1 tbsp crushed yellow mustard 1 tbsp Salt 1/4 tsp Hing 2 tbsp Hot mustard oil
Cut raw mango in small pieces, transfer in a bowl, add methi dana, mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing and salt. Mix nicely and add hot mustard oil. Mix and our 5 minute instant pickle is ready. Store in a glass jar and keep in fridge for a week.
