Churma laddu is famous sweet recipe of Rajasthan. Today we will make these laddus with wholewheat flour and jaggery,

150gram whole wheat flour / Genhu aata
120gram jaggery / Gud
Ghee
1 tbsp Chopped almonds
1 tbsp chopped cashews
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Pistachio flakes
Almonds flakes
Mix whole wheat flour and 3 tsp ghee in a vessel. Prepare a tight dough using water, take a handful dough and make muthiyas.

Fry in ghee on low flame till muthiyas become crispy and golden colour.

Take them out and allow cool for 5 minutes.

Fry dryfruits in ghee and take them out.

Break muthiyas in big pieces. Transfer in a mixer jar, prepare a course powder.

Transfer in a vessel.

For jaggery syrup, add 1 tbsp ghee and jaggery in a wok, melt on low flame, add 1 tsp water and cook for 30 seconds.

Add jaggery syrup, dryfruits, cardamom powder in churma powder, mix and prepare laddus.

Mix poppy seeds, pista flakes, almond flakes in a plate, roll prepared laddus on plate.

Enjoy healthy gud aata churma laddu.
