Ingredients – 2 Bread slices 2 tbsp Sugar 500ml Milk 2 tbsp Milk powder 1/2 cup fresh mango pulp Method – Add bread slices, sugar, milk and milk powder in a pan, mix all ingredients. Cook on low flame till all mixture mix nicely and a thick creamy mixture. Allow to cool and add mango pulp, mix nicely. Fill the mixture in long metal glasses, cover with foil paper and keep in freezer for 8 minutes. Demould and cut thick slices with a sharp knife and enjoy homemade mango roll cut icecream.
