Panipuri is loved by all. Today we will make crispy poori from sooji.

1/2 cup Sooji
1 tbsp Maida
Mix sooji and maida in a vessel, add water and prepare a soft dough, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now knead the dough again, prepare marble size balls and roll in small pooris. Roll them even.

Fry them in hot oil, fry till they crispy. Take them out and enjoy homemade puris with homemade khatta meetha pani.
