This snack is totally different from other snacks. It is healthy and tasty and easy to make, this snack can be airfryed too.

200gram Broccoli
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 Cup Fresh coriander
1 tsp salt
For masala –
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
10 black pepper corns
5 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
2 green chilis
Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper corns on a tawa and roast for 2 minutes, allow to cool and transfer in a mixer jar, make a course powder, add garlic, ginger, green chilis and grind again. Keep aside.

Cut broccoli in big florets, steam for 6-8 minutes, remove from steamer and allow to cool.

Transfer in a mixer jar and grind, transfer in a plate, add boiled and mashed potatoes, fresh coriander, salt and mix, prepare lemon size balls and flatten them. Prepare all tikkis in the same way.

Now shallow fry them and enjoy with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

For healthy version you can airfry them.
