3 and 1/2 Cup Whole Milk (Luke-Warm) 1/2 Cup Maida (APF) 1/2Cup Unsalted Butter 1Cup Grated Processed Cheese 1tsp Salt 1tsp White Pepper Powder
Heat butter in a heavy bottom pan. Add maida and roast it on low flame for 5-7 minutes till it gets nice aroma. Make sure the colour does not change. Gradually add milk and whisk. Make sure no lumps are formed. The consistency should be smooth and silky. To check consistency, make a line on the spatula. If it is as shown in the video, the consistency is perfect. Add cheese and mix well. Add white pepper and salt and mix well. White Cheesy pasta sauce is ready
