1 Cup rice flour / chawal ka aata 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp Fresh coriander 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 1 tbsp finely chopped curry leaves Chopped green chilis
Add rice flour and all ingredients in a bowl, add one cup hot water and mix. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes. Now take out the mixture on a plate, knead and make a soft dough, if needs can add more rice flour. Grease hands and make balls from the dough, place on a greased plastic sheet and cover with another plastic sheet. Now roll with a rolling pin, roast on a medium hot tawa from both sides, apply oil and enjoy soft and flavoured rice paratha / akki roti.
