Butter Oil 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 cup finely chopped onions 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup finely chopped capsicum 200gram paneer chopped in small cubes 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp pavbhaji masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chili flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 cup tomato ketchup 1/4 cup mayonnaise Cheese slices Whole wheat burger buns
Heat oil and butter in a pan, add finely chopped garlic, onions and sauté for a minute. Add capsicum, tomatoes and cook for minutes, add red chili powder, pavbhaji masala, turmeric powder, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano and mix, now add paneer cubes and mix gently. Add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and mix, switch off the flame. Now cut burger bun in two halves, place butter and a poon of prepared masala on tava, cook for 10 seconds, place burger bun slices and roast for 2 minutes, remove from tava, place 2-3 tbsp prepared masala on bottom part of burger bun, place a cheese slice, cover with top part of the burger bun part. You can enjoy it now or can cook on tawa for 2 minutes, it will melt cheese and give you nice flavour, enjoy homemade tawa burger. For homebaked wholewheat burger bun do check our recipe.
