Today we are going some tips and recipes so that we will not throw or waste kitchen items.

Ingredients –
Leftover sugar syrup
Overripe bananas
Leftover Namkeen / Sev
Method –
1 - If you have leftover sugar syrup, add whole wheat flour and make a thick batter, add water if required. Now prepare sweet puye / meethe pakode in oil on medium flame. Take them out and enjoy delicious gulgule / puye or meethe pakode.
2 – Peel one overripe banana and slice it, add in a mixer jar, add 1/4 cup of leftover sugar syrup, 1/2 cup milk in a mixer jar, grind and make a fine paste, add whole wheat flour according to the consistency. Grind again and our pancake batter is ready.
Now grease a tawa, keep flame flame on medium, add 2 tbsp batter on tava, spread and allow to cook on low flame. Drizzle some oil and flip and roast from another side too.
Now remove from tava and prepare all pancakes in the same way, enjoy these healthy panchakes with honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
3 – When milk pan is empty, add wheat flour and salt and add water to make a dough. Malai and extra milk will use in dough and dough will be soft.
4 – Add leftover sev and namkeen in a mixer jar, transfer in a bowl, add red chili powder, salt according to the taste, now use this masala as stuffing in paratha.
