Chai is loved by all, today we are making a healthy and tasty immunity booster tea chai masala, you can store it for long time.

A bunch of lemon grass (approx. 100gram)
1/4 Cup Fresh Mint leaves
1/4 Cup Fresh basil leaves (tulsi patte )
2 inch of dry ginger
1 tbsp Black pepper corns
1 tsp cloves
5-6 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
2 inch of cinnamon stick
Wash lemon grass, mint leaves, basil leaves separately and allow to dry in shade.

Now transfer in a mixer jar and make a powder, crush dry ginger and cinnamon stick in a mortar, transfer in the same mixer jar, add black pepper powder, cloves, green and black cardamom and prepare a fine powder from it, our homemade immunity booster chai masala is ready, you can store it for a month and prepare tasty, flavourful tea using it.
