For dough – 1 cup wholewheat flour 1 cup maida 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chili flakes For Stuffing – 500gram broccoli 1 tbsp crushed garlic 1 tsp red chili flakes 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
For dough mix all ingredients and prepare a soft dough, add ghee / oil and make the dough soft. Cover and keep aside. For stuffing, take out florets from broccoli, wash and steam for 10 minutes, allow to cool, transfer in a mixer jar, grind coarsely. Take out broccoli in a bowl, add all ingredients of stuffing and mix nicely. Take a handful dough, roll in a small disc, place a handful stuffing over it, cover and seal the ends properly. Dust with dry flour, and roll gently. Roast on medium hot tawa from both sides and apply oil, enjoy tasty cheese broccoli paratha.
