2 Cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp fresh coriander
For garlic butter –
2 tbsp room temperature butter
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp crushed garlic
Finelly chopped fresh coriander
1/2 tsp Salt
Add wheat flour and all ingredient, mix well and prepare a dough using water, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, add ghee / butter and make the dough soft and smooth.

For garlic butter, mix all in a bowl.

Now divide the dough in 4-5 equal parts, prepare balls. Roll in a thin oval shape sheet, apply garlic butter and cut the sheet in thin strips with a knife.

Now collect all the strips and fold, make a round shape, prepare all the balls in the same way, keep in fridge covered for 30 minutes.

Now take a ball and roll it gently, place on medium hot tawa and roast from both sides, apply butter / ghee and cook properly.

Our wholewheat flour garlic lachchha paratha is ready.
