250g Dessicated Coconut
350g Sugar
50g Desi Ghee/Clarified Butter
1/2tsp Cardamom Powder
1tbsp Pistachio Flakes
Roast khoya in a heavy bottom pan for 5minutes on low medium flame.

Switch off the flame. Add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, mix well and keep aside.

Add 350g sugar in 100 ml water.

Boil it and make a 2-thread consistency sugar syrup on low flame. Stir it occasionally.

Mix Sugar syrup in khoya coconut mixture and mix it properly.

Add clarified Butter / ghee and mix again.

Evenly spread in a greased tray or plate.

Sprinkle some pistachio flakes and keep aside for 1-2 hours.

Cut in squares with the help of sharp knife.
