Kalakand is a famous sweet dish in north India and it takes lot of time to make, today we will make in minutes with simple and few ingredients.

Ingredients –
400gram Paneer / Cottagecheese
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp soaked saffron in milk
Cardamom powder
Add crushed paneer and condensed milk in a pan, cook on medium flame, till it thickens properly.

Add soaked saffron, cardamom powder and mix. Transfer in a greased plate, flatten and garnish with pistachio flakes, Keep aside for 2 hours, after 2 hours, cut in squares and enjoy tasty homemade kalakand with your love ones.
