4 Medium-sized Boiled Potato 1/2Cup Finely Chopped Carrot 1/2Cup Finely Chopped Onion 1/2Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage 1/2Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum 1Cup Crushed Cornflakes 1tsp Red Chili Powder 1tsp Black Pepper Powder 1/2tsp Dried Mango Powder Salt to taste
Grate potatoes. Add onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum and mix. Add dried mango powder, red chili powder, black pepper and salt and make a dough. Make a cylindrical shape with the dough. Prepare all like shown in the video. Take cornflakes in a plate and roll the kebabs in them. Shallow fry on medium low flame on a non-stick pan. Take the kebabs on a plate.
