Gobhi paratha is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, we will make it perfectly with few basic tips so that we can enjoy perfect punjabi paratha.

1 Medium size Cauli flower
1medium size boiled and grated potato
Red chili powder
Garam masala
Amchur powder
Salt
Fresh coriander
Boil water in a big and deep vessel. Add salt and turmeric in water. Switch off the flame. Wash cauli flower with water and dip cauli flower in hot water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take out the cauli flour, and let it cool.

Grate cauli flower, addboiled potato, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, amchur powder, fresh coriander and mix nicely.

Take a handful dough and dust with dry flour, roll in a small disc. Place a handful stuffing in the center of disc. Cover and seal properly. Dust with dryflour, gently roll and place on a medium hot tawa. Roast from both sides and apply oil, enjoy hot and tasty gobhi paratha.
