250 gram amla 250 gram sugar
Steam amla in a steamer, remove seeds from the amlas, Transfer amla in a bowl, add sugar and mix, cover and keep aside. After an hour give a stir and cover. Keep aside for another 2 hours, Now sugar melts properly. Now sieve the amla and spread on a plate and sundry them for 2-3 days. Homemade amla candys are ready, you can store them for a year.
