1/2 Cup + 2tbsp Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp Corn flour 2tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar 1/4 Cup Oil 1/2 Cup Fresh Curd 1tbsp Flex Seed Powder 1/4Cup Almond Flakes 1/2tsp Baking Powder 1/4tsp Baking Soda 1tsp Vanilla Essence
Add oil and sugar and mix well. Add curd and mix well. Sieve wheat flour, corn flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add flex seed powder and vanilla essence and mix gently. Add 1/4 cup water and mix. Consistency should be like this. Pour the batter in a 5inch diameter greased mould. Tap to remove the air bubbles and to level it. Sprinkle almond flakes.+ Remove the whistle and gasket from the pressure cooker lid and preheat for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Place a ring and a plate over it. Place the prepared mould in cooker and close the lid. Cook for 40-45 minutes on medium flame. Open the lid and check the cake with a toothpick. Carefully take out the cake and let it cool. Demould the cake carefully. Healthy whole wheat cooker cake is ready to enjoy with tea or coffee
