50gram soya chunks 2 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes 1 chopped green chilis Fresh coriander 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 cup corn flour 1tsp red chili powder 1tsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt 1 cup cornflakes For slury - 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp wheat flour / maida
Add 1/2 tsp salt in hot water, add soya chunks and keep aside. After 10 minutes, sieve the water and wash with cold water, squeeze them nicely, add them in a mixer jar, grind and make them fine granules. Transfer in a bowl, add boiled potatoes, green chilis, fresh coriander, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and mix nicely. Prepare oval shape cutlets from the mixture. For slurry - mix, wheat flour, corn flour, salt in a bowl. Prepare a thin paste using water. Crush corn flakes with a heavy object. Dip prepare cutlets in slurry and coat them with cornflakes. You can store them in deep freezer for long time. Fry them in hot oil on medium flame. Enjoy these crispy soya cutlets with green chutney and ketchup.
