100 gram less spicy green chilis 1/2 cup besan 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp aamchur powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds ľ tsp hing 1 tsp salt
Heat a spoon oil, crackle cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cook for few seconds, add hing, stir. Add gram flour and roast for 5 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, salt and mix nicely. Wash green chilis, make them slit with the help of a knife. Stuff the besan in chilisís slit, press them nicely. Fill all the chilis in the same way. Heat a tbsp. oil in a flat bottom pan. Place all stuffed chilis, coat them with oil, add 2tbsp leftover roasted besan, sprinkle water over the chilis, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, remove the lid, flip all the chilis, cover and cook for 2minutes. Our rajasthan famous besan wali bharwa mirchi is ready.
