Mango salad can be prepared with simple ingredients in 5 minutes. And perfect for weight watchers too.

1 cup semi ripe mango finely chopped
1/2cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2cup finely chopped tomatoes (dseeded)
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2cup sweet corn
1/4cup finely chopped onions (optinal)
1 less spicy green chili
1/2cup fresh coriander
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4tsp black pepper powder
1tsp Himalyan pink salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2tsp chili flakes
Mix all chopped vegetables, mango, red chili flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix gently. Serve chilled with nachos.
