For dough - 1 tsp oil 1 tbsp crushed garlic 1 cup water 1tsp salt Red chili flakes 1/2tsp black pepper powder Fresh coriander 1/2cup sooji 2 medium size boiled and grated potatoes 2 tbsp corn flour For dip - 5-6 dry red chili soaked in water 1 tomato 1 tsp oil 1tbsp crushed garlic 1/2tsp salt 1/2 cup tomato ketchup 1/2tsp sugar
- heat a spoon oil in a wok. Add crushed garlic and cook for few seconds. Add 1 cup water, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, fresh coriander and allow to boil. Add sooji and mix, cook till it become transfer in a dough. Transfer this dough in a plate, add boiled and grated potatoes, corn flour and knead it. Prepare a soft dough. Prepare balls from the dough, roll in a thick disc, cut with 2 inch round cutter, now take one inch round cutter and cut the 2 inch disc from the centre. From this we will get rings, prepare all rings like this. Fry all the rings in hot oil till they become crispy. For dip, transfer soaked red chilis and tomato in a mixer jar. Grind and prepare a fine paste. Heat a spoon oil and add crushed garlic, cook for few seconds. Add prepared paste in wok, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and cook for a minute. Our tasty dip is ready. Serve potato rings with yummy red sauce.
