Karela chips are little different from other wafers, these are little spicy with little bit of bitterness, and believe me friends, you will definitely love new taste.

250 gram bitter gourd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1tsp aamchur powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/4tsp hing
1tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp besan
2tbsp rice flour
Wash and cut bitter gourd in thin slices. Add all spices and mix nicely. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, sprinkle gram flour and rice flour over the spiced bitter gourd slices, coat them and fry in hot oil on medium flame till they become crispy. Let them cool and store in an airtight container.
