Tandoori aloo is very different recipe from others aloo sabji recipe, do try it for your love ones, they will definitely love it.

for marination
300gram boiled baby potatoes
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp salt
2 tbsp roasted besan
1tbsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
100gram curd
1 tbsp mustard oil
For gravy -
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
2 finely chopped onions
1 cup tomato paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Kasoori Methi
Mix all margination ingredients in a bowl, add boiled and peeled baby potatoes, mix nicely and keep aside.

Now heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a wok, crackle 1 tsp cumin seeds, add bay leaf, 2 whole green chilis, 2finely chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, add ginger - garlic paste. Cook for a minute, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for a minute, add 1 cup tomato paste, and add salt, cook on low flame. Add water if needed.

Now take a flat bottom pan, heat oil, add marinated potatoes and roast them from all side on low flame. When they turn in brown in colour, add kasoori methi and switch off the flame.

Add roasted potatoes in gravy and serve hot.
