Smoothies are very good option for gym going person or health conscious people. It ca be prepared in minutes with less ingredients. And add seasonal fruits for make it more healthy and tasty.

1/2cup oats
1/2cups de seeded blueberry
1 tsp chia seeds
200ml Milk
1 medium size banana
4-5 soaked almonds
2 munnaka (big raisins)
1tsp Honey
Soak oats in 1/2cup water or milk. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.

Add soaked oats in a mixer jar, add milk, banana, honey, soaked almonds, chia seeds, blueberry and grind, make it fine. Pour in glass and enjoy in breakfast. This smoothie is perfect for weight loss journey.
